The Tipping Point currently accepts the following methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal. We do not accept Cash, CODs, checks, credit card gift cards (unless bank issued), or money orders. Due to our US credit card verification service, we are unable to accept credit cards with international billing addresses.
We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible. Therefore, once your order is placed it generally goes immediately into the fulfillment process and may not be cancelled or changed. If you realize you've made a mistake after placing your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately.
In the event of a cancellation and/or return of the items, you are responsible for the direct costs of return. A return label is provided with every delivery. With this label, you can send the ordered items back to us. Please note, we will deduct a handling fee of $15 USD from the amount we are due to refund. We do not charge you for returning wrongly delivered or defective goods.
We check the condition and state of your returned item as soon as we receive it. If all of our criteria are meet you will receive a refund for the total amount of the returned goods. The refund usually occurs within seven working days after receipt of the returned goods, and is transferred via the same method of payment used to make the original order.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to order by telephone or email. If you have any issues while making an online purchase, one of our customer service agents will happily help you through each step of the process.
If you are unsure what size you require then you can take a look at our Size Chart, which you will find at the end of each product detail page. With the Size Chart you can choose a size and see its exact measurements for the item. You also have the option to view a table of all sizes in one go. This gives you an overview of all sizes and their corresponding measurements.
We’ll send you a confirmation email within one hour after you have placed your order. This email confirms that your order was successfully placed. Please contact us at email@example.com if you do not receive a confirmation email.
